Infochat News – Toshiba Launches new Products in PH

Toshiba Philippines, Inc. launches new generation of products to demonstrate the power of its tagline, leading innovation. The products that were launched are leading-edge large-screen, glasses-free 3D TV, new Power TV series, and a new generation of notebook PCs, including the much awaited Z Series Ultrabook. During the launch, Toshiba also introduced their new brand ambassadress for the Philippines, Ms. Solenn Heusaff.

Toshiba pioneered the launch of the first large-screen glasses-free 3D TV, the 55-inch REGZA RZ1. This state-of-the-art television is equipped with Full HD screen that provides viewers with a totally immersive 3D experience. It can also provide 2D content with four times (quad) Full HD resolution.

Another televisions launched are the innovative Power TV series, a series of LED TVs that utilizes the new Toshiba REGZA Engine that provides outstanding picture and sound quality. In particular, the 23-, 32- and 40-inch models in the new PB200 series deliver maximum performance with minimum power consumption and feature slim, attractive designs.

In terms of PCs, Toshiba announced its new generation Z series Ultrabook, the Portégé Z930. It only weighs 1.12 kilogram, that makes it the world’s lightest 13.3-inch Ultrabook ever. Aside from that, it also combines the ease-of-use and performance of a laptop with the wake-up responsiveness of a tablet. Only 15.9mm high, this new Ultrabook features a slim design with a durable magnesium alloy chassis, a battery life that can last up to 8 hours and all the power and fast, easy connectivity of a comprehensive selection of full-sized ports.

Other notebook PCs announced by Toshiba included the new Satellite L, Satellite C, Satellite M and Satellite P series. These PCs are powered by the latest generation of processors and with state-of-the-art, high-speed data interfaces, all Satellite series excel in fulfilling the most demanding business needs. The new series offer 14.0- and 15.6-inch displays.

These new products from Toshiba will be represented by the new Ambassador, Solenn Heusaff. Solenn will be featured in Toshiba’s advertising campaign for notebook PCs, TVs and other home appliances. She was chosen as the new ambassador because of her alluring combination of a fresh image and sophisticated character reflects qualities of Toshiba’s new products.
