Mr. Liao discussed about how cloud computing and big data changes the way people collect, analyze, store and use data. However, there are new challenges that hinder the full implementation of these technologies in the corporate world.
In this interview, Mr. Liao and Dr. Ravindran will examine these challenges as well as the solutions that may help to overcome the problem.
Aside from being the GSTF, Dr. Ravindran is also the founder and CEO of RapidStart. He is also the co-founder and former group CEO of Genovate Pte Ltd which operated in 17 cities and 6 countries in Asia Pacific under his leadership. Another achievements of his reign in the company are the Enterprise 50 award for 2 consecutive years.
Dr. Ravindran has worked with several major MNCs in technical and management capacities such as IBM, Computer Associates, Sun Microsystems (Asia South), Oracle (Singapore) as well as Singalab. He is currently a visiting professor and researcher in the Institute for Research in Applicable Computing (IRAC) University of Bedforshire, UK.
